Erin’s passion for career and leadership development can be traced back to her pre-professional days as a young person, whether it was leading groups at summer camp throughout her elementary and junior high school years, participating in outdoor leadership programs during high school, or working for her family’s 100-year-old pear farming business starting at an early age; she’s been on this path from the get-go. Why? Because she’s always been deeply curious about human behavior, understanding why people do what they do, and the impact behavior has on well-being, quality of life, and happiness.
