- Can you share the inspiration behind the inception of ConnexPros and your journey in establishing this innovative business management company?
I have been studying business administration since I was 16 years old. I have worked in companies of different sizes and in different sectors. And I have always understood the importance of having an organizational structure for a company regardless of its size. My longest experience in the USA is in construction businesses, and over the years I realized that many businesspeople were excellent in the type of services they provided, but they didn’t have much understanding of business administration, and this led to disorganization, headaches, and in many cases bankruptcy of the company. That’s when I had the idea of starting a management business where these entrepreneurs would have access to a well-established structure with all the necessary internal areas without having to deal with hiring multiple teams.

We have a unique financial and business management method created by me that brings together all the needs of a company in one place. First, we schedule a meeting with the client to understand what they need, then we schedule a meeting with our team to draw up a business plan, and soon after closing the contract we go into practice. This entire process ensures that our clients have a pre-established action plan that will result in growth and profit.

Financial stability is the starting point for any company. Firstly, because a businessman who is concerned with understanding whether the company is making a profit or not probably won’t have time to focus on things that are really necessary and it depends solely on him. Secondly, because a company with an adequate cash flow and a complete financial structure will give the entrepreneur the possibility to make investments that will certainly result in growth and make the company successful.

We have a method that was created exclusively for small businesses, based on my experience, and which has already generated great results for several clients. But we don’t stop there, today our entire team continues to study and dedicate themselves more and more to generating better results, always focusing on innovation.
