Bio: Jeremy Boone is an internationally recognized coach, author, keynote speaker, and researcher. He was the founder of Athlete By Design™, a coaching and consulting company for over twenty years dedicated to helping high performing athletes, coaches, and managers maximize their potential emphasizing the pursuit of being ‘The Best At Getting Better™’.
Since 1995, he has worked with over sixty National/World Champions, Olympic Medalists, and Elite Head coaches from six countries, served as the NFL’s first official offseason speed & conditioning coach for the NFL Carolina Panthers for nine years, and has served as the mental performance/leadership coach for NASCAR Penske Racing for the last ten years.
Boone is also considered the world’s leading expert in Sports Axiology, the science of human value and decision making in sport. With this science, he has profiled the decision making patterns of thousands of high performers worldwide since 2008 and has used this research to create the Winning Leader™ platform, teaching Fortune 100 leaders, entrepreneurs, small business owners, Athletic Directors, and coaches how to build winning cultures, create great experiences, and get their mission accomplished.
While he enjoys consulting and coaching in the field of High Performance, his passion project began in 2010 focusing on developing high school student athlete leaders. In 2020, his Desire To Lead™ program set a national record that included high schools from twenty seven states participating in a twelve week online interactive leadership program with a strong emphasis on community service. This program now has expanded to include schools from countries all around the world as well as select professional sports teams such as the MLS Charlotte FC Soccer Team using it as part of their community outreach.
In 2019 he gave a TedX talk titled ‘The Courage To Connect- Why the World needs more of you’ sharing his research on leadership, courage, and cultivating healthy relationships.
Currently, Jeremy’s Winning Leader™ program was recently named a preferred vendor by the state of Utah’s Continuing Education program in efforts to help the 300,000 plus small business owners and entrepreneurs become better leaders. He is also filming a docu-series titled ‘Beyond Winning’ due to release in 2024.
