1. Can you share more about the unique approach you’ve developed for healing heartbreak, combining ancient techniques and modern science? How does it differ from conventional methods?

When we feel abandoned by another person in a relationship, the typical response is to turn to the 3D world — deny, distract, disassociate.

Heartbreak healing lies beyond our senses. Instead of the downward spiral, my clients learn to spin within, to find and nurture the oasis of calm and comfort that already exists within the body and breath.

The “Revive Your Power” system is a unique blend of ancient wisdom and new applications of century-old secrets that are science-backed and simple to implement in the modern world.

Working with me and my team, clients learn the proprietary “I-contact” system that leverages the “inner I” so that clients can go beyond the 5-senses to contact themselves in the space of lasting transformation.

Clients are empowered to cultivate already-existing inner technologies, enlivening a new perspective on freedom, so they can get over the ex, get back to themselves, and design their new life from the inside out.

2. Your work focuses on helping LGBTQ women, especially ones navigating heartbreak and reclaiming their power. How does the “U-Haul phenomenon” play into these experiences, and what specific challenges do you address within this community?

While we resist stereotypes as a practice, the u-haul joke points to the somewhat laughable lesbian tendency to move in together on the second date; the rub is that it seems to have some biological basis.

Oxytocin is a hormone produced in the brain that is often associated with love and social bonding, and women tend to have higher levels than men.

We serve women primarily because estrogen-dominant people tend to have neural circuits that lean toward nurturing, nesting, and caregiving. Two women together means double the tendency to foster quick connection, meaning more likelihood of painful heartbreak.

Being a team of entirely LGBTQ+ women is a game-changer for our clients. Our team is small, but mighty. We listen intently and have the ability to adapt quickly when needed.

3. Could you elaborate on “grit without the grip” concept and how it forms the core of your coaching philosophy?

Resilience from my perspective means weathering life’s difficulties in a state of flow instead of force. When humans experience situational anxiety brought on by big life changes, our bodies experience a flood of stress hormones that wreak havoc on our nervous system.

A natural human tendency under pressure is to focus on changing and controlling outside circumstances. The reality is that there are exactly two things we can control — our thoughts and our actions.

We can fall down nine times, get up ten, if we just loosen our proverbial grip on the way we think things are supposed to look, feel, or be.

4. As someone who has personally faced significant life changes, including divorce and coming out later in life, how do these experiences shape your understanding of your clients’ struggles?

The most important relationship in life is the one we  have with ourselves. As a sexual trauma survivor who is now twice divorced, I have had the privilege of learning many ways to activate resilience. The reality of living my truth out loud is one of authentic freedom, which can be mired with hardship and oppression. I came out later in life, and still face persecution from my birth parents.

My business is built around my personal mission in life — to lead humans toward personal growth and intentional flourish in every aspect of this life. I relish empowering clients to find greater clarity, more energy, and relentless productivity, despite the pain of heartbreak.

Our company vision for the world is one where every human benefits from a relationship with their own humanity, getting in touch with “basic beingness.” The work begins by going within and profoundly connecting with body and breath, to activate the highest and best versions of our humanity.

5. Your techniques emphasize pocket-sized tools for stress processing and daily happiness improvement. Could you share a specific technique or practice that you find particularly effective, and how it has made a difference in the lives of your clients?

Techniques are delivered on a one-to-one basis and are proprietary. I can, however, speak to our guiding principles. We teach clients to leverage the body, the breath, and the awareness we have of our mind chatter to overcome difficulties in the moment, and then address underlying causes during temperate moments.

We explicitly educate clients on the scientific principles behind the techniques we teach to firmly establish their effectiveness. Clients report feeling more confident and safe inside their own bodies. We offer a variety of personalized coaching suites designed to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our signature program, “Revive Your Power” is a 9-week journey of personal transformation and empowerment. Women have the opportunity to work one-on-one through a ‘bespoke’ process, specifically designed for the needs and goals of each client.

6. How does your coaching approach ensure inclusivity, and what impact have you observed within these diverse communities?

As a Resilience Coach and proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I care deeply about my rainbow alphabet family, and am open and inclusive at the core.

Having worked with hundreds of individuals from diverse backgrounds, we will not turn anyone away who is well-qualified for our services.

While we can serve anyone that has a desire to heal heartbreak, our current primary focus is on anyone who identifies as a woman.

We serve LBGTQ+ women because we are often underserved, underrepresented, and marginalized.

We consistently advocate for equality and equanimity, convinced that all humans all can find relaxation and resolve by spinning within to activate and amplify the power there.

Our company vision is laser focused on guiding clients towards personal freedom, starting with authenticity and resulting in increased productivity, all grounded in love.
