“We can use many best practices from software engineering to help us achieve a happier and more fulfilling life.” This is one of the concepts Rosa L. Antonini explains in her debut book, The Zero-Sum Game of You.
Like a great mentor, a life coach is supposed to be someone you turn to whenever you wish to inspire your next action or you want to make improvements in your life. But according to Rosa L. Antonini explains how individuals can turn around things and create better opportunities when they become their own coach.
Rosa believes in empowering others with the tools to decide to become whatever they want in their heart. Unlike typical life coaching sessions, Rosa has constructed her foundation based on values and sensitivity towards others that do not simply tell you authoritatively what is to be done. Instead, she stresses how important it is for each individual to free themselves from misleading cultures and false beliefs and freeing themselves up from anything that tight their wings.
So when we often get tangled in our own thoughts, emotions, and life, The Zero-Sum Game of You aims to guide people to acknowledge these challenges and overcome the internal struggles that one faces at large.
Rosa says,” I want to enable others with tools to self-discover the potential they have within themselves to live a satisfying life and the level of responsibility and accountability for every person’s actions without blaming others.”
Most people boil down their struggles and dilemmas as a problem associated with their self-worth or keep waiting for the “right time” to take action against the challenges. Rosa’s book is willing to acquaint the readers with the power within themselves.
Ideally, The Zero-Sum Game of You explains how to take the driver’s seat of our own life. It bonds you with practical life approaches while helping you test the results and understand the correlation between thoughts, emotions, and actions.
While Rosa has hit the ground running with The Zero-Sum Game of You, its launch is scheduled for December 07, 2021. Combining over 20 years of experience in Software Engineering and Metaphysics, she quotes this journey of launching a book as a “mission” to guide others to build a stronger foundation of a life of fulfillment by identifying solutions to any challenging situation.
When asked about the difference between her book, The Zero-Sum Game of You, and other motivation and self-help books in the marketplace, she explains, ” I believe there has been knowledge and great guidelines for encouragement and motivation since the beginning of mankind. Sometimes an individual can experience a sense of oneness that ignites an immense sense of gratitude. When this happens, your life changes, and you see everything and everyone differently. This book brings a custom approach that will mean something different for each reader.
Currently thriving as a software engineer, she unexpectedly felt an intense inspiration to write this book. She decided to donate 60% of any proceeds from her book to create training and education programs for young adults in financial need to have better chances in life.
