Brian’s admiration for the real estate industry drove him to the world of social media. A well-sought speaker and realtor, Brian had his fair share of challenges and learnings in the real estate industry. To better explain what it is like to work in the real estate industry and the amount of work it takes to be successful, he explains, “It is a long ride. That one long-bumpy ride that will only take you to your destination if you commit to sticking to your seat.” He often recalls his experiences and emphasizes how he lacked proper resources to learn and choose the right direction. Thus, he found online resources as an ideal opportunity to teach budding realtors to seize limitless wealth and freedom that he had to learn the hard way. 

Brian is one of the few people in the world who exactly knew when he needed a mentor and subsequently found one, whom he still looks up to. He says, “You see, being a realtor is like sailing a boat alone. You are trying to survive the high tides, tracking the direction, aiming for the destination etc. on your own. But when you find an experienced mentor, it divides your work into chunks while having an assurance that there is someone who can sail along with you.” According to Brian, closing a deal demands volumes of research to find quality listings, understanding the market, finding good bargains and perceive what the client is looking for. Although budding entrepreneurs are acquainted with all these basics of the real estate industry, a mentor can help them learn the exact way to execute these things into the real world. 

In other words, a real estate agent is not just a people person but is also a well-rounded expert who knows his market and his client requirements. So when Brain is on the roll, you’ll often find him either improving his abilities as a realtor or working for his social media community to enhance their knowledge. 

Brian’s team closed over 25 million dollars worth of real estate in the last three months. Thriving as an experienced realtor, his strategies stay ahead of the curve in the industry. He is known for high profile listings and his content creation. In fact, many of his sales have been historic and have successfully created an incredible impact because of his humongous research and knowledge. While he admits that some people are simply lucky, he thinks he made his own luck, survived his setbacks and took up the charge despite the odds stacked up against him. 

“I learnt hard lessons through trial and error. I have been through everything first hand. Every workplace experience has been seen and felt, firsthand. The key takeaway is to look at failure as an opportunity to grow and build a stronger foundation. The more you experience, the more you learn and, the better you can share with others”, says Brian.
